Our Mission
At Let’s Make Change, our mission is to provide a flexible and nurturing alternative provision that re-engages learners through personalised, 1-to-1 tutoring within the community. We believe every learner deserves a bespoke educational journey that not only covers the foundations of Maths and English, but also sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and inspires a love for learning.
We are committed to supporting learners’ social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) by creating safe, positive, and inclusive learning experiences. By focusing on educational, social, and personal outcomes, we empower young people to bridge gaps, overcome barriers, and move confidently towards formal education, training, or employment.
With a strong emphasis on supporting learners with SEND needs, we adapt our approach to meet individual strengths and challenges, ensuring that every learner is seen, valued, and encouraged to achieve their potential. Our goal is to make meaningful change—helping learners build resilience, independence, and the skills they need to thrive in education and beyond.

Offering 1-1 Functional Skills Maths and English in the community helps us tailor learning to each individual and promote techniques that empower SEND learners to succeed with confidence.
At LMC, we offer engaging 1-1 sports and activity sessions within the community, giving learners the chance to build confidence, develop skills, and achieve success beyond the classroom.
Our 1-1 arts and crafts sessions encourage creativity, self-expression, and problem-solving, helping learners build confidence, improve focus, and achieve through hands-on learning.
At LMC, our PSHE and mentorship sessions focus on independence, social skills, and SEMH outcomes, supporting learners to grow in confidence, build resilience, and develop life skills for the future.

Creative Connections
The BoxSmart program is a non-contact boxing initiative that teaches participants fundamental boxing techniques while providing mentoring to enhance fitness and build confidence. The program includes 36 guided learning hours, and the England Boxing Qualification can be accredited toward formal learning certifications.
Dicecup allows learner to come together to increase social skills through the medium of games & puzzles. This program allows learner to increase communication, improve probelm solving abilities, develop turn taking. Students will come together to create their own board games by end of the program. This is technolgy free program
Creative Craft enables learners to shape their own learning journey by selecting arts projects, guided by a tutor, to help them achieve a recognized arts qualification. The program encourages independent learning while fostering participation in a group environment, allowing learners to build social skills and connect with a wider community.
Creative Connections offers relaxed, welcoming sessions for parents and children with developmental differences. Through creative play, crafts, and sensory activities, children can naturally develop communication, social, and emotional skills in a safe, supportive space where they can participate at their own pace. Parents also have the opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and be part of a community that understands and supports them.
